Day 3 of Major Yarn Unpacking

Here's what the Comfort Wall looks like now, freshly stocked!

*****
We've also gotten Universal Yarn's Classic Worsted Tapestry (self-patterning) and Classic Worsted Long Print (big stripes). Great for kids' blankets, sweaters, and hats!

Here are the new colors of puffy yarn (remember Mimi's cool scarf?)

The pink & purple in this picture have SPARKLES!
We've got a new free pattern using this yarn. Both knit & crochet versions. This is the crochet:

Here's a new pattern from a great design company, Dan Doh. Susan knitted this in about 10 minutes with Alpaca Sox (another yarn we've just restocked with a bunch of new colors.)

Yes, maybe I was exaggerating a little bit. It took her a little longer than 10 minutes. But not much. Because it's got a drawstring top, it can double as a cowl!

Ok...that hat is on my must do list. Love it!

I love this hat, and it probably didn't take Susan much more than 10 minutes she knits so fast. But even I am making decent progress and don't feel like it's taking forever. It's a fabulous pattern!
