Sassy Skein kits.


We got three different Sassy Skein kits:

• A learn to knit kit - a great gift for the beginner knitter in your life. Make a little iPod/cell phone cozy.
• A toddler romper (sizes 18 mos - 4T, boy or girl). (pictured above)
• A toddler dress (for a little girl 18 mos - 2T).

The great thing about these kits is that they include everything you need. Everything. You could take a kit from the shop to a desert island and not need to bring anything else from your knitting bag.

The yarn is 100% mercerized cotton in bright, happy colors. There's even an instructional DVD (OK, well, I suppose you wouldn't have a DVD player on your desert island. But I digress.)

Snow Day!

We're snowed in, but having a good time! Amy & I are having a little blocking party. As the weather has cleared a bit, a few more people have ventured out and visited.

St. Pat's Parade

Tomorrow is the St. Patrick's Day parade in Delano! It will begin at noon.

I'd love to have knitters & crocheters sitting in the windows to show all the visitors to Delano what a fun, great place this is! So come by & watch the parade from the windows. Don't forget to bring a project!

Douglas will be closed between McLean & Walnut from approximately 11 am - 1:30 pm to through traffic. You CAN get to the shop during that time without much trouble. Here's a map to help!
